Need a CEL read down near Ontario, CA
Anyone down in the Inland Empire area know of a place where I can at least get it read? I just want to make sure that it is just some stupid emissions related fault and not have to go to the dealer. I didn't realize that there really aren't any "close" dealers down here. Plus I don't know anyone that works there and they want me to leave the car there instead of me having it get checked while I wait (which they would do in Oakland for me).

Autozone,Kraggens etc. will also read them for free.
Is it running poorly?

(agreeing with ohlord?!? what is this world coming to? LOL - j/k)
ohlord's right on the money - code readers are cheap if you source them properly, and pay for themselves many times over. I needed a code read in my 2002 coupe, and a local shop was going to charge $150 just to read it
Went on amazon and got a nice reader (Innova) for a pretty steep discount off of MSRP.
GL with your CEL.
