Powerchip custom tuning - good deal?
I was quoted $10K by Travis and Wayne to custom tune my car. Do you think I should go for it? They are co-tenents and partner with Vadim so that's to my advantage right?

That's $10,000 with 4 zeros and it's just ECU although the Kleemann fuel kit already optimizes Air/Fuel per Brandon at Kleemann.
Brandon cannot give me a quote without first seeing the car. I know I will need some tuning but must decide between PC, Kleemann, Renntech or any other tuner that will be around for another few years.

Well they ARE Powerchip. Worldwide company. Probably 10X better so 10X the price of local tuners and freelance guys trying to copy what they do?
I did not get a quote from Brandon@Kleemann yet but need to get a idea of a reasonable custom tune that is both road and dyno mapped. I got alot of mods and a E55K short block with 9:1CR, Kleemann SC with smailler pulley, Torque converter, Maybach transmission, headers, cams, dual X-pipe exhaust, etc...so I understand that it won't be a mail order or canned tune....

not a shot. and not worth 10 times the price. i'm serious, and this is as serious as i'm going to get on this forum. 10k for a tune is not only an absolute waste of money, but a rip-off. Unless it comes with a new upgraded supercharger, intercooler, free labor, then will make a costly mistake by going through with this.

PM Hooleyboy to get a DynoComp tune in Scottsdale. I guarantee you Rich knows not only as much, but more about tuning.
