I am so glad you clarified that!!! Now, if any Newer E92 M3 wants to take on my Kleemann S7, I would be happy to oblige!! Of course, the M3 can be modded as well, so its all relative. I will say this though, I highly doubt a lightly modded E46 M3 will take a lightly modded (pulley and tune) C32 though!! You just can't beat the C32 SC for tuning and pulleys!!
Really, this debate has come up many times before and there's no reasonable answer about who will win unless we go to the strip, put down some $$ and let er roll. Fortunately or unfortunately, when we do Morrocco, there's very few, if any, M3s around???

I ran a Nismo 370Z
We did about 4 40 mph runs, i had a 250lbs passenger 370Z had only the driver.
Considering my clk is 3700lbs + me 180 + 250=4130 and he had 3200lbs + 160= 3360 i thought he might take me with his 350hp engine and light car.
I took him by about 3-4 cars i guess my TQ played a big roll pulling this much weight.

C55 AMG, 135i, 911 GT3, GLE43 AMG
Here you go:
C55:
Final Drive 3.06:1
1st Gear Ratio 3.59:1
2nd Gear Ratio 2.19:1
3rd Gear Ratio 1.41:1
4th Gear Ratio 1:1
5th Gear Ratio 0.83:1
E92 M3:
Final Drive 3.64:1
1st Gear Ratio 4.23:1
2nd Gear Ratio 2.53:1
3rd Gear Ratio 1.67:1
4th Gear Ratio 1.23:1
5th Gear Ratio 1.00:1
6th Gear Ratio 0.83:1
So in first gear it looks like:
C55: 376lb-ft * 3.59 * 3.06 = 4,130lb-ft to the wheels
M3: 296lb-ft * 4.23 * 3.64 = 4,557lb-ft to the wheels
Second Gear:
C55: 376lb-ft * 2.19 * 3.06 = 2519lb-ft to the wheels
M3: 296lb-ft * 2.53 * 3.64 = 2725lb-ft to the wheels
I could go on but the advantage is always there. Keep in mind the M3 not only produces more torque to the wheels, it does it until 8,400 rpm, giving it a significant advantage. Let it go, it's not a good race, from a dig, from a roll, in reverse, dosen't matter, just stop now.

You got the C55's gear ratios right, but I think your numbers for the E92 M3 are incorrect.
E92 M3 with 6 speed manual:
Final drive: 3.85:1
1st gear ratio: 4.06:1
2nd gear ratio: 2.37:1
3rd gear ratio: 1.58:1
4th gear ratio: 1.19:1
5th gear ratio: 1.00:1
6th gear ratio: 0.87:1
E92 M3 with 7 speed M-DCT
Final drive: 3.15:1
1st gear ratio: 4.78:1
2nd gear ratio: 2.93:1
3rd gear ratio: 2.15:1
4th gear ratio: 1.68:1
5th gear ratio: 1.39:1
6th gear ratio: 1.20:1
7th gear ratio: 1.00:1
Furthermore, it is highly unlikely that you will use 1st or 2nd gears when you are in the middle of a rolling race. Let's take a typical scenario where one is cruising at 60mph in highest gear. Then you want to play.
The C55 driver should downshift from 5th to 3rd (from personal experience, and from the fact that peak torque of 376 ft-lb in the C55 happens at around 4000rpm). In 3rd gear, the C55 should be at around 3658 rpm at 60mph (which is close to peak torque given the C55's relatively flat torque curve).
The E92 M3 (with M-DCT) should downshift from 7th to 4th. In 4th gear, the M3 should be at around 4110 rpm. This sounds like a reasonable gear to be in, because peak torque of 295 ft-lb in the M3 happens at 3900 rpm. This is also in keeping with what the M3 guys say: "not much happens in the M3 below 4000rpm".
In this situation, here are the torque numbers at the wheels using your equation.
C55 3rd gear: 376lb-ft * 1.41 * 3.06 = 1622.3 lb-ft
E92 M3 4th gear: 295 lb-ft * 1.68 * 3.15 = 1561.1 lb-ft
The C55 actually puts down MORE wheel torque in this type of situation. I'm not saying that the C55 will win the race, as the C55 will run out of revs to keep up with the high reving M3 which also has more gears. But it is POSSIBLE for the C55 to at least keep up at the beginning.
There are so many combination of factors at play when racing from a roll (the speed at which the race starts, the gear being used, etc). I'm just saying that the stories of a C55 keeping up for a short amount of time to a E92 M3 is POSSIBLE. We all know the M3 will blow by the C55 as the race goes on.

WIN!
that's pretty ironic coming from you. last time I checked, 90% your posts were know-it-all, matter-of-fact type posts. so when someone actually is talking sense and you don't agree with them or your argument is getting destroyed, you'll accuse them of arguing just to argue...
Hence, why i let it go and said improiz was right. its a waste of time arguing with idiots on the internet. I didn't want RXL02 to fall under the same trap.
I really doubt 90% of my posts are about arguing. Since i probably only really argued with maybe 4 people out this entire forum.

re-read my post. I said that 90% of your posts were "know-it-all, matter-of-fact type posts" where you act as if you know everything. you may not think that they're argumentative, but when you try to lecture everyone as to what you think you know, they become damn annoying.

Im at least good for sumthing!
Just a tip to you guys looking for photos of chicks
there is this website called www.tineye.com that searches the internet for a photo and comes up with links for it. Its pretty well used in the **** community to look up additonal info on academy award winning actresses.
Now maybe on a C55 final gear ratio vs a M3, i know nothing.
But when it comes to ****, even FrankW couldn't touch me.

yeah, there's really no point... especially when it comes to people that are on their high-horse and think they know it all, kinda like you, Captain Obvious.

Some people disagree with me, others agree with me. You can take my posts with a grain of salt if you want.
I have disagreed with other members in the past, we have agreed to disagree and became better friends for it.
If my posts annoy you, just don't read them. It's very simple.

I never said i knew everything, people post threads to get feed back from forum members. I posted what i know either from personal experience, knowledge gain from previous posts or just general research.

*edit, so I finally used this thing. Jordan (kira_x2) had a picture of some girl on his f/b and didn't know who it was. well, this handy little website found more pics...
