If by "work" you mean physically bolt to the airbox, then it looks like it would. If you mean "gain power and increase mileage" like the lying ad says, no, that junk won't do either.

IF the foam is low-grade it can do more harm than good by coating the titanium element of the MAF sensor. This will lead to CEL issues and a poor signal to the ECU.
Some cars have a stream of hi voltage running thru the MAF element after the engine is turned off to keep it clean and burn-off any build up but I can't seem to find out any intel if this is the case w/ C 36/43's .
I know some of my fellow Audi S4 owners have had MAF issues w/ drop-in K&N's....so I'd stay away.

yeah looks pretty g*y to me too... i pretty much wouldnt get any intake upgrade other than the renntech bank cleaners carbon fiber airbox... but thats just my personal opinion
