Mercedes rotors typically are not resurfaced. Use a micrometer to measure the thickness. If they're in spec, just put on new pads. If they're out of spec, AMG rotors are expensive.

If the brake pedal feels spongy or not as firm as it used to, you may want to change the fluid. I think the spec for fluid changes is every two years.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
fronts

see the most action and for same price as oem you can get cryo treated slotted
http://www.frozenrotors.com/search/i...electedIndex=7
then pick up a set of rears from www.autohausaz.com
http://www.autohausaz.com/search/pro.../Brake%20Rotor
and get a set of akebono pads from tirerack.com or oem pads from autohausaz.com
if rotors are dead smooth(mirror smooth)pm me and I can explain how to scuff them up and you can just install pads.
per above, they do not make them thick enough to put on a lathe.
ohlord
autohausaz.com may quote front directional rotors but for the price the frozen will last longer and stop faster than you will have the car.

Hey bud get some Portersfield R4S street pads, pricey but great, only downthing is they don't bite as good as the factory Jurids, I guess it's the compound.
Buy directly from Portersfield.com
