New to the forum. Previous 2015 CLA 45 AMG owner (accident and written off). Just placed an order for a 2019 C43 AMG coupe on May 5th 2018.
I was told that it should go into production at the beginning of July.
Estimated delivery on dealer order sheet says : Sept 20, 2018.

I went to Mercedes Benz Germany Website. On there, (for whatever reason) they already have the 2019s C43 AMGs. It allows you to configure it although their packages in Europe are totally diff to North America. I did it just to get an idea of what the car would look like in the color I wanted and also with the rims I wanted.
Use google chrome, it translates the site partially!
I'm looking to build a similar 2019 c43 in the sedan body style, with some different options (PE, Designo saddle brown leather, etc). Just curious what your invoice MSRP was (if available, not sure if they gave a price yet)? Were you able to negotiate down the price a bit if so? Compared to a 2018 is the general consensus that the price should be pretty similar? Just wondering what to expect when I place my order in the next couple weeks. Appreciate any info that helps.( can PM if not comfortable posting on forum)
So they didnt have any pricing available at all. I have no idea what the MRSP is going to be.
In Canadian dollars, I believe the 2018 similar packages was 75 K. Im assuming it should be close and estimating around 80K.
As of now, no negotiation has gone on, but I have made it apparent that I will be negotiating when pricing becomes avail. Hoping they can be somewhat flexible. I do understand that they will not be giving big reductions given its a 2019.
How long have you had your CLA 45 and did you like the experience? I heard bad reviews about the CLA 250 but I am back and forth between the CLA 45 and C43.

Having driven CLA45 AMG at the AMG Driving Academy, go for the C43. Only comparable in the fact that they both have 4 doors and a star on the hood.
Really liked the CLA45. It was a great drive. I had the 2015 so it only had about 340hp. I know in 2016 that went up to 381.
Tbh I would have got a CLA45 AMG again, but I really wanted something with an updated and nicer interior. That was my one negative with the CLA.
I know the A classes have just been refreshed and if the 2020 CLA45 amg was out with that interior I prob would have gotten that instead - Panamericana grill, updated interior, MBUX, and 400+hp....
Hoping in 2-3 years time to get that car if its good.
Just got a message from my sales agent. My car just got built!! VIN number was sent to me today as well.
Was initially scheduled to be built in the “first decade” of July.
Hope it arrives early!
Once the car's built, it'll probably land on Canadian soil in around 4 weeks. It'll get held up at the border for a bit being a new model requiring approval. I'd anticipate you take delivery in mid August with the recent news.

Oh wow, didn’t think it would only take 4 weeks to ship. I’m mentailly expecting it in September. So fingers crossed for earlier. SA did mention it may get held in Halifax if there’s any emissions regulations etc to pass first.

I am new to this thread and was hoping to see if anybody here knew whether the designo selenite grey magno will be available for the 2019 C43 AMG in Canada. I see it as an option under the Germany Merc website, but not sure if they will be offering it here in Canada.
