I wonder how the quality of MB Entry Navigation to compare to Pre-installation for SD-card navigation
1. MB Entry Navigiation $625
2. Pre-installation for SD-card navigation $200.
3. COMAND navigation $2300 comes with other things.
So number 2 is cheapest way.

There is a 4th option, to just use Android Auto/ Apple Carplay if you don't mind plugging in the device. I've never been big on navigation so this is the route I took with mine. Works well for me personally.

I was able to negotiate an 8% discount on my last custom ordered sedan. You may do better or worse depending on your negotiating skills and your local market. SF/Bay area dealers are known to be cheap *******s. Make sure to shop SoCal and not just local.
For a special order purchase you want to establish:
-discount below MSRP. Only suckers pay sticker for these cars.
-dealer allocations. When does their next build slot open? Some dealers will have a build slot right away, others may be months out before the car is built. If their allocation is way out they will not be forthcoming with this unless you press them.
-if you have a trade get it evaluated and decide if you actually want to trade or do a private party sale. For me it was better financially to do a PP sale and rent a car for a few weeks. Until the custom build arrived.
-for lease you need to negotiate MSRP discount and establish if they are using the standard MB money factor and residual upfront. Usually, for custom build the dealer will offer the best terms that MB offers that you also qualify fir at time of vehicle delivery. This goes for financing incentives and interest rates as well.

Noticed they listed Burmester as a standard feature by mistake and no option for the NFC phone charger? It was $170 as a standalone option at the dealer.

Keep in mind that the online configurator is missing a few options. It doesn't show or allow the addition of the designo seats ($3100). I just placed an order with the dealer with that option so I know it's available.
