2019 AMG C43 Sedan
[QUOTE=Allllllex;7700354]So, it is possible to make msrp = otd price, right?[/QUOTE
I would say yes it is. I have found if you can get more than one dealer involved in the process of competing for your business you usually get the best deals.

MB control codes are given to friends and family of MB employees, that gives you 12.25% off of MSRP which essentially gives you the car at dealer cost. So 10-12% off of msrp isn't really feasible. I believe MSRP is about 6-7% higher than invoice, your best bet would probably be to aim for around invoice price. As Noah said, going to multiple dealers and playing your cards is definitely your best bet. Hope this helps

I bought my C43 a little over a month ago for $59K OTD. The MSRP was $64,440 and they gave me a little over $9,000 off (~14%). I just used TrueCar to find the average price people were paying in my area which was around $60,500 for a similarly optioned car and told them I wanted $59,000 OTD. They told me they the best they could do was $60,500 so I walked out and the manager called me the next day and told me he could do $59K. Costco is also a good resource to use if you don't want to negociate face to face. I believe I could'e gotten the car for around $61,000 OTR with Costco.
