I had c43 amg cabriolet(2017)
I searched my car's VIN code on www.mbdecoder.com.
I found "246 AMG-specific IWC-design Analogue Clock" in option list.
But my car had just normal analogue clock...not iwc clock.
is it manufacturing mistakes? Should i ask to dealer?

The AMG IWC design clock for the C43 is not the same as the one that says IWC on the dial. If you want the one that says IWC on it, you can buy it separately. That’s what I did for my 2019 C43.
I took it out when I sold my car a few months ago.
Mine does not say "IWC" on its face but I suppose it's the same "IWC Design" clock mentioned by the OP. It looks good and works well so I'm satisfied with it. But, is there really an IWC branded option? If so, can it be installed to replace the original factory one?

The IWC branded one is reserved for the 63 models. Neither one is actually an IWC clock, though. IWC licenses the design and their name. The internals are digital and synchronize to the car's main clock, which itself is synchronized to the GPS atomic clock, so it's actually more accurate then an actual IWC timepiece, but it doesn't have IWC internals.

I guess this is part of the new "cost-cutting initiatives" by Mercedes.
It's just a logo printed and molded on a plastic clock. If you look just a bit closely, the details and finishing of the face is nothing comparable to a real time piece, let alone there is no IWC movement behind it. It's just a marketing gimmick from IWC-MB relationship.
I might feel a bit better for the first week or two with it in the car, but I would quickly forget about it.
Just save up and get a real timepiece from IWC / other makers if you want to appreciate the engineering behind it.
