Have fault code P13B0-11 "Output for On Board Electrical system Switchover has a short circuit to ground"
I allready replaced teh Rear SAM module.
Any help would be appreciated

The code description is purposely kept vague however the code itself is tied to a specific criteria.
Fix may be 5mn cleaning oxidized connection, WHERE is the question @BenzNinja can help you answer.

As with all electric problems, isolate what works and what don't work?

Still having the problem, any help would be appreciated to narrow down where it might be originating from

Its a long shot but check the trunk wiring that goes to the trunk lid.
Some models have had split insulation on the wires and shorted.
Near the hinge where they split.
