For the IS-F lovers
I am just happy the C63 is very close to the M3 and that lexus made a pretty ugly and lousy vehicle.

but its lexus's first go round
couple of years, and the F series should vastly improve
That's just my two cents...
With that said it's not on the same level as the C63 or M3, or even the CTSV. But it needs to be priced less to justify the performance deficiency.

Car and drivers test showed it to be 10 seconds slower than the other cars in its class (being the C63, M3 and CTS-V) when lapping a very long track. Now with that it was the same in lap times as a 135i which is still pretty decent.
Bur for 63k and for the hype surrounding the car the IS-F is a solid first effort but its not going to make people switch over from the Germans. Lexus owners might buy it saying its built so well and that its transmission shifts so quickly but its still not a segment leader.
I cant believe that car had that smoking issue. First the Zonda and now this!
Try this, hope it works, the stig driving the ISF and tonnes of smoke bellowing out the fake four pipe exhaust.

anyway I'm sure it's a great car and you get lots of fun with and its as reliable as a swiss army knife (as someone once said about some car)
I have also driven the M3 not as hard as the lexus but carrying a good pace. The M3 Felt a little more planted, gave me more feed-back, and the sound was awesome. I must say the lexus in a straight line from a roll pulls down the M3 pretty strong and will keep right on pulling, all that being said the M3 is faster everywhere else.
I have never driven a C63 so I can't say much but from the looks of things, oh boy seems like I'm in for a fun ride, lol

I think Lexus still made a decent effort on their first try at it......I like the styling minus the "layered" Quad Exhaust....
I often miss my 98 GS400....IMO the design still looks great on the road after 10 years...
