Quick garage photoshoot...
Put my photo skills to the test again along with some photoshop editing. I shot 3 of the pics with an ISO 800 and ended up with more noise than I wanted, but I keep learning each time. I still need a lot of practice in low light settings, but it was fun anyway. Parking security came walking over right when I was finishing up...stood behind me about 20 yrds back with his legs slightly apart and hand on his hip like he was ready to draw is gun..er flashlight Didn't say a word, just stood there trying to act intimidating. I just parked right next to him and went to catch my movie
I had my roof vinyled a satin black in case anyone was wondering and the installers did an AWESOME job! Everyone seems to love it, and most people think it's paint. It is soo smooth..no bubbles at all, and it is tucked under all the rubber trim and mouldings. Just need to give a shout out to Metropolitan Detail in Lynwood, WA for doing such a great job.

Thanks guys, I think I'm finally satisified with the way she looks. However I may change my mind after I see Evosports wide body
Never thought about it that way, but you're right haha. Parking garages always seem to be good backdrops for photos

I made the ISO mistake myself. You could just B&W the noisier pictures. That would give it a vintage look and could "justify" the grainessny (does that word exist in english?? lol)

Haha, yeah whenever I get noise in my shots I usually try editing them somewhat like you said. I try to give them a little of that 300 movie style effect.
Hey ajag; I actually spent more than I should have trying to sample different types of vinyl, and ended up using what I originally bought. I wouldn't recommend trying to do this yourself unless you have experience or have patience, extra material and 2 or 3 extra helpers. In the end it was well worth paying a professional to have it installed as they removed the trim, antenna, and really did an excellent job. They charged me 2 hours labor so $150, + material cost. They said next time they'll charge 3 hours though, as this is how long it took them. I'll try to get more pics of the top soon.
Beruang, I'm over on the eastside but I head downtown Seattle every weekend. I think you tried arranging a get together a while back and I never got back to you...sorry But yeah, if you want to take a look at the roof I'll probably be downtown this weekend. And I would definitely give Metropolitan Detail a call if you are interested in doing this. It would look good on a white car like yours!
BenTrovato, I just came up with a quick name and logo/sig to add to the photos for that professional look Thanks for the compliment!
