Headers Price List
#2
I was just quoted $3795 for MHP Longtube Headers and Mids (catless) shipped in the lower 48. Lifetime warranty on all parts and workmanship, all stainless, all TIG welded, and all bolt-in design.
Hope this helps.

$3,800 sounds very reasonable. Why are they priced at 9-10k on the website?

I will say one thing about MHPs website, they definitely don't update it very often lol.

What are they going to offer over say, the MBH headers? Quality? Performance? I don't think so. And at what additional cost? Methinks the ship has sailed already...

Lets hope they are better than what they've done in the past. I took a set of G55 headers off today. They had the shop laughing to say the least

That was when I asked them for advice about getting headers and then again after I asked for a quick ecu retune (at little to no cost) after I got my MBH Tri-Y headers installed, and they said "no."
I guess they changed their minds after MHP, MBH, and others brought their LT and Tri-Y headers to market. Hmmm....
I'm sure the RENNtech LT headers will be a very high-quality product making decent HP/TQ, but they will undoubtedly be very expensive.

Funny b/c they once told me (when they only had their "shorty" headers) that they never bothered with long-tube or tri-y design headers b/c they "usually lose low-mid end TQ" and they're "too radical" since they will "almost always void the customer's warranty."

Was that before or after Renntech's owner started a fist fight in DC's showroom? We were the number 1 renntech dealer in the USA according to their sales Reps data. I've seen and installed/uninstalled all of there headers. Much like Evo got away from Supersprint for quality issues. We did the same with RT. And we've got the proof to prove it.

moral of the story all these prices can drop with a little competition...what happened to factoring in R&D. now its hand over fist instead of 3 hands over fist
