Pulled the Trigger. 2013 C63 BS Coupe
Took the opportunity today and dropped a deposit down on 1 of only 10, 2013 C63 BS Coupes allocated to Canada.
"Official" Launch from AMG will be sometime early July and the coming out party will be at the F1 GP @ Nurburgring 22nd to 24th.
A few highlight of the car:
MSRP estimated at $100,000+ CAD
- 500+ hp
- 0-100 kms time just over 4 sec. (note SLS at 3.8 sec.)
- significant exterior differentiation (e.g. wider body panels, solid
use of carbon trim)
- exterior colour(s) ... to be finalized: black, red, white colour
pallet and magno option.
- interior colour: Dinamica (like alcantara) using the C 63 AMG seats as
the base and carbon trim.
- fully equipped vehicle.
- chargeable option to "lighten" being reviewed (e.g. delete A/C, radio,
rear seats and rear carbon spoiler; add rear carbon wing) Ooooooh!!!>>>
Production to start January 2012 for Domestic German market and rollout from there. I expect delivery to Toronto between August and October 2012

Congrats! I got my ordered confirmed last week. 2 other members from my forum got theirs as well, with a 4th being possibly confirmed today so there's at least 3, maybe 4, coming to Alberta.
Interesting you saw a delete rear seat option, because on the AMG docs that I got a hold of, it says specifically that it's a 2 seater.

I am first in line at my dealer here in Sydney, as usual though they knew nothing about it. They swore black and blue no c63 bs would ne made until I showed them pics from this forum!

Wow congrats guys... that's awesome. I don't think I could handle waiting that long for a car. I am about to buy my 4th benz in 3 yrs and just bought a loaded C63 in January and I never got asked if I wanted one... you guys must be giving MB good business!

Are you buying from Hyatt or Lone Star? Hyatt doesn't get any Black Series cars, they're not an AMG Performance Center. Lone Star is the only AMG Performance Center in Calgary. With that being said, I've had my name on their list for the C63 BS for over a year now. Got my deposit in a week ago when they confirmed my order.

I remember new the CLK 63 BS here in LA some of the pricing was just plain nuts.

$0 over MSRP. Unlike US dealers, Canadian dealers don't really gouge customers on high demand cars.

Been tracking this buy since January. Now the waiting game is on again. Feels like old times...LOL
