Crack in Headlight Cover
Hello to all,
As the title says, something hit the right light assembly and it has a chip and about a quarter inch crack on either side. I tried using search but came up with nothing so I ask: Is the clear plastic lens replaceable or does the entire assembly need to be replaced. By the way, they're the optional bi-xenon headlamps. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

You can find the clear acrylic replacement headlight covers on both Amazon and eBay. Can't vouch for the quality. Easy to remove, 20min in an oven at 250deg and pulls right off after the metal clips are removed.

Just to iterate it's 250°F incase you're not from the US. Way back I followed instructions that specified 250°C in error. Yup, that was a bad time.
I was thinking of replacing my lenses with the Amazon/eBay option since mine are pitted to sh¡t with micro fractures. Maybe double it up with a layer of 3M as well.

Yup. I got the Xpel kit to apply to my new headlight project. Once I'm done with the stupid things I never want to replace them again.

They look like a pain in the dick to install but likely worth the effort.
This is the one that seems to come up the most. If it's just a mold of OEM I don't see how it would be any worse.

Sorry for the late acknowledgement but I thank all of you for your replies and for the helpful tips. I'm going to check out Amazon and ebay. I'm assuming that the dealership would want to replace the whole unit correct?
