Still having misfires after changing coils and spark plugs
I was getting these codes after I went with Stage 2 PTG tune and changed the coils and spark plugs (gapped to about .23)
Ran some fuel injector cleaner and it was fine for a while but yesterday, the same codes popped up again when going WOT from 4th gear. I only run 93 pump from Shell or Mobil.
About to pull the trigger on replacing:
Fuel pump sensor
OEM Fuel Pump
The 2 fuel pressure sensors in the engine bay
Car has about 40k miles.
Anyone have an idea whats going on?

If that was my car:
- I'd change the coil pack with a brand new one from Mercedes (only 1 required) which controls Cylinder 1 & 2. I'd then fill with good gas and test for misfires.
- If I'm still getting misfires, i'll be onto the injectors next.
But I pretty much guarantee it's your coil pack that controls Cylinder 1 & 2.
You can ignore the U0100 code as it's benign.
PS: Our coils start playing up easily especially after tunes and re-tunes. Having had my car tuned twice in 3 years, I've had to replace all coil packs TWICE within the last 36 months at $700 AUD each.

u can also remove coil pack from cyl 7/8 & swap it into cyl 1/2 then test and if cylinder 7/8 misfires its a million percent your coil

I was tuned on an older PTG Dimsport tune and had misfure issues. Replaced all spark plugs with 1-step colder + replaced the coils with updated coil pack on the cylinder that was misfiring. Still had a misfire issue. Had PTG update my tune on Verstand and the issue has gone away (had to buy a Verstand license).
TLDR; reach out PTG and ask them to update your tune.
