The front black piece seems to have turned a shade of blue! What the hell? Can I replace that part? Part # and cost?
Anyone else ever see this? I haven't, on ANY car I've ever owned.

That's UV damage. Plastic oxidized from too much sun exposure. Acidic detergents can also accelerate the process. I have those wrapped with PPF, which blocks UV rays, but my car is also garaged and not daily driven. Keep it out of the sun, or protect it with PPF or ceramic coating.

Mine went like that, they were replaced under the manufacturer 3 year warranty and we don’t get much sun up here in the north of England.

Use a hair dryer on them, you'll get them back to black.

Yes, heat will bring oils back up to the surface to restore the oxidized layer. Just make sure you don't melt the plastic in the process. This is often used to restore faded and oxidized stadium seats, but they use a torch. Also burns off the oxidized layer.

They're not that much just a annoying having to take the front bar off to fit new ones. Genuine A2058857238 and A2058857138.

By bar, do you mean bumper? It looks like they're screwed in place from the inside of the bumper.
