Exclamation Coding out ABC + Intercooler pump + more

This has been tested on a 2003 CL V12 twinturbo
must work on all CL's with ABC 2002>2006 and might be possible on 1999>2001

first of all here is part 1 found by me you have to do also
https://mbworld.org/forums/cl-class-...ut-module.html

now just also found by me complement, part 2

here you can see the line 217, I coded out my ABC already
just remember the number of the line you want to change

here you see that I not coded out my intercooler pump control yet

I will code it out also because I upgraded to a piersburg 150 pump and I connected it as always on
that triggers a P code if not coded out

you can find my intercooler pump always on DY here:
https://mbworld.org/forums/cl-class-...always-dy.html

now go to development data (for this you need DAS with developper mode)

this is the line to code out the intercooler pump

this is the line to code out max speed in the same module

this is the line to code out ABC

no need for dashlight fix modules anymore

Code out secondary air system
I had sometime my secondary air system error code
I tested the pump, changed relays, but once in a while the ECP dash message came up
boring, and no time for more search
as this is useless anyway (pollution crap), I decided to code it out:
same method as above

UPDATE JUNE 2018
So this is a new find, needs to be tested

I did this on XENTRY 03.2018 developper, see if your version has it, I don't have time to lookup older version

disable ABC in CGW, should be tried in combination with the other settings above (or not)
please feedback

Latest June 17 update for BETA TEST

you can try these two new settings:

On the speed limiter one, are you sure it's the first selection?

There are multiple options for "no limiter" in german, several of the choices are exactly the same. I picked one and the car was limited to 100mph.

sure what that means as I speak german fluently yes NO LIMIT
what it does apparently, no

I didn't set that as my car was unlocked already
but you should try the other 2 then

My car is tuned now so it's not an issue, but I tried it back when I got it. I ended up using the highest KM value, which was 155mph like most benzs, and was plenty for my racing needs.

The other night I got the car over 160, so the tune moves it higher. Lost an A-pillar cover at 165-170, so probably won't do that again.

It's a stock part, I was kinda upset. The new one has a metal framework, as opposed to the original one which had plastic tabs left on the car that snapped off. So I hope I won't have to replace it again ($300 + paint). I did win the race though, if that counts for anything.

Yes, but it was on the side of the highway and late at night, and at that speed it could have launched itself a decent distance. Also, the old piece broke, so putting it back on would be quite pointless. This car has cost me thousands in maintenance and upkeep since I bought it, just another line on the invoice at this point. Gives me an excuse to have my rear spoiler painted and installed, although I wonder how it will hold up at speed now.

hope those metal framework doesn't add too much weight, thus lowering your track times.

It's aluminum, hardly heavier than the plastic piece but not going to get brittle and snap off with age. Although, I doubt I'll still have this car in another 15 years.

Here is some new stuff

this to code out all the cat and polution crap
be aware that this needs to be reanabled for the day you do your official anti polution tests

so as I said previously
do as the last part of codings
in developper > implizite codierung

so disable:

0235 not present set to SLS - DIAGNOSE AUS
and NEW:
add
0239 after cat diagnose disabled - LS-hinter KAT - diagnose AUS
0301 set to NICHT BELEGT
0305 set to AUS
0309 set to 1.0mm for USA cars only (europeen are already like that)
0311 set to OHNE INDEX
