Car vibrates between 2-3000 rpm.

The motor mounts are fluid filled, however, they wear out long before they tear and leak fluid.
The flex discs take a ton of abuse, but are pretty hardy. Be careful however; If the front flex disc breaks apart it can be thrown up in the trans tunnel. The airbag module sits under the shifter and in rare cases the flex disc hits that area and can set the air bags off ! Doh !!!

I have a similar thing, maybe.
Mine is a deep subtle vibration that feels like it is coming from the driveshaft. Maybe somewhere between that and the rear axle.
It is worse when cold.
Possible culprits would be:
Pulsation Dampener
Engine Mount
Transmission Mount
Flex Disc
The engine mount will leak when bad but it doesn't mean that just because the are not leaking they are good. The engine mounts are relatively cheap so is the tranny mount. I would change both if its been a while.
Engine Mount:
FEBI or Meyle $55-75
Part Number 230 33133 280
Transmission Mount:
Meyle $20-$24
Part Number 232 33019 500
Flex Disk Kit:
FEBI $133
Partnumber 428 33044 280
It will really help if you check to see exactly when the vibration occurs and how profound it is.
Good Luck,

I've had new engine and trans mounts sitting on the shelf for 6 months. There cheep but installing them is another story(CL65). I am going to install another A/C pump(to cool the I/C fluid) in the next few months, I will remove the engine to do the mounts and fit a second A/C pump at the same time. I feel the vibration and If I stand on it from a stop can feel the engine lift as well. I don't do that anymore
Engine mounts are oil filled, cold starts will have a slight shake (miss fire feeling ) when cold and it will go away when warm. Tranny mounts, you can feel through engine speed at 2000rpm and above. The second I feel that mine are bad I just replace them. I've done it many times and it's very easy...for me at least.
If your the type that takes your car to the mechanic it will be cheaper if you do it all at once.
For example if your going to change your engine mounts, you might as well change the tranny mount too. The mechanic already has your car on a lift and he/she will charge you much less if you do it while doing the engine mounts. It's only $20, go for it.
Just my 2 cents
