Looks great, but blue is my favorite car color so of course I like it better than silver. What's the name of that color?

-Every centimeter of silver on the car was wrapped...Including door jams/sills, Under trunk, and around hood area. Something rarely done.
-Car has Mercedes Bens factory exterior carbon fiber package so the mirrors, front lip and rear diffuser are already black carbon fiber, but they painted the Hood grills and exhaust pipes black. Anything that was chrome on the car is now black
- The color its wrapped in is called a Matte Electric Blue (has a nice shine to it)
-The most complicated part was removal of the front headlights to paint inside black. The seal had to be heated and removed and inside are about 36 parts to the headlight that had to be removed very carefully because of moving parts. Then got painted and put back together. A Custom mold was made for the orange part of the headlight to produce a clear white version so that it's all flush and no orange shows anymore. Lots of detailed work to make it one of a kind in the world.
- Removal of all brake calipers to paint red
- 10mm Spacers for wider more aggressive look
- 20 inch Black Brabus 3 pieces rims
- Dunlop Tires all around

THANK YOU ALL! Its very hard to find shops that can do this kind of work. I called 30 shops all over California and only 2 of them would do door sills, trunk and details. Wrapping the details costs as much as wrapping the entire wrest of the car and takes about as long also.

It has nothing to do with the costs although it does cost less to wrap. Now that great wrap jobs like this are available 95% of people with exotic or super luxury cars do not use paint anymore. Paint depreciates the value of the car greatly for resale (unless its a beat up 25 year old car) You want to keep a quarter million dollar car as original as possible. BUT the best part is whenever you get tired of the color they can peal it off and the original color has been protected from sun, weather and rock chips. Then you can have it re wrapped in a different color. That's my plan is a couple years to change the color because I get bored fast and this is a great way to do that.

without a doubt
I had a wrap on an E for 108 days
after it got stale, I took it off myself, which was a bit laborious, but it wasn't too bad, if I recall it was a 3M product and really durable

If you are worried about depreciation, you should know that you purchased possibly the fastest depreciating car in the world! A quarter million 2014 CL65 is now worth about $100,000 less than you paid.

But the wrap looks cool.

do you think the typical CL customer is concerned about depreciation?
