Do you guys have extra ones or know anyone who has one? I'd like to get one for my 430..need your help before I try to get them @ Fletcher Jones..also, do you think a 55 cat back is a good idea? Let me know..thanks guys..

I've had a few PM me about the air box. I finally got the price for the parts from the MB dealer. Not sure where to start I will post the prices for new parts and let you guys make offers from there to be fair.
#113-090-01-01 - air box = $253.00
#113-010-01-01 - front cover = $112.20
#113-090-03-82- hose = $22.15
#113-090-02-82- hose = $22.15
2 Brand new Green Filters = $150.00
Total = $559.50

Thats what I did and found the Renntech CF airbox for just under $500 (I know, I know...it supposedly makes less power than the AMG box but it looks sick!)

It's an HPS gen 1. The Gen 1 is a pretty good setup. It lacks cooling but for the price I did very well. The Gen 2 is what everyone cringes at. I've got dyno's and a topic of the install in the C43/C35 section. The car made like 342rwhp and 370rwtq. Alot more than anyone expected. A solid 100+ for both torque and HP at the wheels. The motors good for around mid 400's I would assume.

Hmmm...I just bought a silver AMG airbox/eng cover (only w/out the actual intake tubes) on eBay for $76 shipped...guess that's pretty decent!

hey Nitro. Bala., got the amg air box and filters today !! thanks for the speedy shipment !! I cleaned all the parts out an installed it on the whip. thanks again !!

may sound kinda dumb..but i never did this kinda thing before...im gunna try puttin on my clk55 airbox tonight....
i was looking at it though and couldnt really see how im supposed to take it off - the pictorial doesnt really say anything about this...any help? also anyone have better instructions on fitment of the hoses and everything else and how its supposed to go on...the pictorial is mostly only explaining how to make the cut in the new airbox....
