I was in the same boat. That's why I just sent them the deposit and had them mail me the programmer. Not a difficult process it's just that you would be out $500 for a week

Yup, basically they send you 2 invoice through PayPal. One for the tune $300, and one for the deposit $500. Once they receive the programmer back they will refund the $500. They didn't charge me for shipping. I don't understand what you mean by "how big are they"

also was it hard doing by your self? which one should i go first, sway bar or ecu tune..

It wasn't hard at all. I spoke to oliver and he walked me through it. If you take a look a page or two back you can see the pics I posted of the programmer. It's not big at all.

I did my sway bars first, but that was over two years ago..lol

No this is for sending your ECU out to them, it will be back with in 24 hours.

They can tune it with your stock set up since me and you are in Tristate area we have 93 so we get a better tune than some states with crapier gas. If you do 2nd cat deletre and K&N filter they can tune for that giving you a stronger tune.
