I have no idea where my ECU is located, must find it this weekend.

Should be Paypal Only. Mine was locate in the fuse box on the drivers side

your should be on the driver side too...if u standing facing your car the ECU will be on your right.

Please be conservative in your power estimates... don't expect the moon (25+ is unrealistic). ECU gains are often exaggerated. Hardware gains will always exceed ECU gains so keep that in mind. With that said you will make good gains and it is a good upgrade to have for this price.

I know exactly what you saying here..been there done that but with that kind of money you CAN NOT complaint.

Been on a couple spirited drive and maxed out at about 135mph while the car feels like it still wants to go faster. Very disappointed. Can't wait to see how fast the car can go.

i will be doing the tune in conjunction with secondary cat delete and K&N air filter.

We cant get the tuner because they didnt make one for ODB2 yet.
Payments must be check or money order, they will start the tuning when they recive payment from all 10 people.

I agree, for the money, there really isn't any other alternative. Other ECU tuners make absurd claims and charge 2-3x the price for pretty much the same real world gains.

Its essentially a stage 1 software file, its one that will work on almost any benz stock or light to moderately modded. Even on stage 4, it still does the job well so its a great all around tune that isn't too aggressive to cause a CEL, yet its enough to definitely make a legitimate impact.

Hopefully 2 more can do it, this may be the closest anyone has ever come to actually completing a group by on MBworld ;y ...

Count me in to the GB. I have an '05 CLK500, and the ECU is in the same location as in the photo in the first post, which looks like it is "on the side". It is mounted vertically on the side of the fuse holder inside the fuse box. It is about the size and shape of a desktop hard drive (although it is a little bigger), and has five wiring harnesses plugged into the top of it. Two of those wiring harnesses are removed in the photo in the first post.

Let's get this GB going!

supa you wont have the programmer for a day, send it on friday get it back saturday... just ask someone to drive you or use public transportation for a day it wont kill you.
