W218 - Wheel and Tire Fitment question

Good morning!

I am looking at purchasing some new wheels/tires for my '13 W218 CLS550 4Matic.

While dropping $6-7k on a gorgeous set of shoes might be in the realm of an everyday thing for some, after dropping some coin on the RennTech ECU and Exhaust (only to have them release an updated MAP this week...grrrr) - I'm on a "let's see what the Craigslist has" type budget for some "whillz"

Someone relatively local has a near new set of Vorsteiners, with good looking Michelin rubber, up for grabs.

He says they came off a w212 e63 wagon.

The Fronts are et35 20s - 265/30/20
The Rears are et42 20s - 295/25/20

My questions are:

A: Will they fit without clearance issues?
B: Those are SKINNY sidewalls. How bad is the ride going to be?
C: Will they REALLY FIT? I'm talking, "inside the fenderwell, I can turn lock to lock under loaded suspension without funny sounds, smells, noises, etc., I'm not turning my gorgeous cruiser into some liability that I curse every time it leaves the garage", FIT?

Thanks in advance for the feedback

You need the width of the wheels in order to really figure out if it fits...

https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

OEM CLS wheels are

front: 8.5 width +34mm
rear: 9.5 width +48mm

Only MBs - the best or nothing
Since wheels came off W212 E63 (with much bigger rotors & calippers than non-AMG W218), they should fit CLS550 with no issues.

Wheel offset - COOOOZZZZY.

Love the way they look, though I think the Renntech lowering module is in my future.

I have: Front - 20x9 +28 with 255/30/20 & Rear - 20x10 +35 with 295/25/20
NO spacers needed.
