According to the above post, thanks to the author, US owners got to replace all these parts during the service. I want to ask if anyone know if Canada owners will receive the same service.

Where have you been for the last two years?

Here are other threads on this topic FYI:
https://mbworld.org/forums/diesel-fo...it-canada.html
https://mbworld.org/forums/m-class-w...nt-canada.html
https://mbworld.org/forums/glk-class...ettlement.html

The second one is the most active (it pertains to the ML models of which there were many sold here), but all of them deal with the same topic.

There were so few diesel R-class cars sold that I seriously doubt they'll actually come up with a fix for them, but that just means you'll get more money from Mercedes assuming the filing deadlines haven't yet passed (from what I remember I think you're good but will have a fairly narrow specific time frame to file in the fall). In the meantime I'd contact Mercedes, inquire as to the availability of the fix for the R-class and get your name added to the list, and then contact the settlement administrator through the first link.

Thanks for your information! I called the dealership today and scheduled my appointment. They will replace the following on my 2013 R350. Looks like a lot less than US owners.
1. NOx Sensor
2. Pressure Monitor Sensor: I guess it's fuel pressure
3. Small Parts Kit: some parts required for this job
4. DPF: Diesel Particulate Filter
5. SCR: Selective Catalytic Reduction
6. DOC: Diesel Oxidation Catalysts
7. Dosing Module:

Glad the fix is available. The later model cars require a lot fewer parts and yours clearly is one of those (those are the same parts that were installed in my 2015 ML), but you now get a 4 year extended warranty on all of those and a bunch of other (more expensive) stuff, plus you'll get about $3K back from Merc once you have the work completed and you file the claim with the settlement administrator.
