Click clamps
The fuel filter in my GLK250 (OM651) use these clamps called "click clamps". The WIS indicates they should be replaced instead of reusing them. Does anyone have any information on whether or not it is practical to reuse them? I have the filter and the time, but I don't have the clamps.
Also, the hoses appear to be different sizes. FCP Euro lists one clamp, pn. 0049972090, 14.5-15.5mm. Does it fit both hoses?
TIA

The same style clamps are used in pex plumbing and when doing Sprinter conversion, I parted old Truck Camper, where I opened those clamps and reuse about 20 of them on new conversion.
It worked, but opening used clamps without damage took some time. I am retired, so my time has not much value, but when you make more than minimal wage and calculate the time to money, you will be better buying new, not even talking about risk involved in reusing old clamps.

Fuel line hose clamps for OM648
Return line 0049972090 (14.5-15.5mm)
Supply line 0069971890 (13.0-14.5mm)
it can be tricky releasing them, I use a skinny ICON pick, from Harbor Freight and you need special pliers putting them on. Far superior to the worm drive type clamp. I don’t reuse because they are cheap enough.

Thanks. I don't know why my search only brought up the larger one. Maybe because I have an OM651? Anyhow, I changed the filter yesterday and all went well. I bought and it was easy-peasy getting them off and back on. No leaks, no runs, no errors.
Different brand, but same idea:

OK, mine had the stock Mercedes clamps on a genuine Mercedes filter. They came off and back on just about as easily as in the video. I see no reason why you'd need t replace them in that case unless you damaged them.
The clamps used on PEX tubing and the ones you linked to above are also called Oetiker clamps and are definitely one time use only.

they get heated and cooled a bunch.
the force these (as well as oetiker) clamps exert is engineered. It’s not random like a screw clamp.
