Question RE: Hood and exhaust
I am driving a '93 300E and i like the hood of the '94-'95 w124's. If i buy one from a '94 or '95, will the measurments allow it to fit? Anyone tried it b4?
How many of u guys have an intake/exhaust in an automatic w124 that is not stock? (i consider AMG not stock if ur car is not an AMG)
Thanks for the replies

The updated hood 94-95 will fit fine on yours but you'll have to also swap out the headlights and grill from a 94-95. I'm running a Sprewell exhaust works fine on mine..Throaty tone and nice torque.

Exhaust
I installed an Eisenmann Sport exhaust on my E320 coupe. I'm very happy with the look & sound, though I'd be much happier with it if my car were a 5 speed (the kickdown doesn't give the same satisfaction as a downshift).
There aren't too many exhaust systems readily available in the US - I was also considering Remus or SuperSprint until I found the Eisenmann (hard to find).
You can see the exhaust pictures in a previous thread:

W124's
oneill_1,
the updated hood will fit your car fine since you already have the headlights for the upgrade. I too will be doing the update to a 94'-95' hood soon. It's just not on the top of my mod list because it's going to be pricey considering the paint, buying the grill inserts and etc.
Anyways, I also have a Magnaflow laying around my garage that I have not installed yet. I've heard them on our cars and it does sound good. What have you been looking into? My dream is to come across a AMG or Eisenmann.

Right now I have no budget in mind. I was just curious of what others had in their car. Was also wondering if I should put one in my car. As soon as I find either one that was previously mentioned, I will seriously conssidering purchasing it...but first i will need to save up for it.
