I think stockers are 27mm, on ebay, I see 23mm and 24mm but haven't seen shorter.

If you going to cut them shorter, screw on the right size nut before cutting. When you take the nut off, it will straighten out the damaged threads.

This is the bolts from my car. They are 40mm long from seat to tip. So the car should have 27mm from seat to tip?

I'm not going to tell you what size you need so use this order form to figure it out.

determine shank length and lug seat shape.
They carry all sizes to adapt and about 50 bucks a complete set.

make sure you have enough threads what set of rims are you trying to install that require lugs that much shorter?

My w210 e420 replica rims are the same issue. They need to be about 8mm shorter than the w124 lugs from the back face of the rim to not lock on my parking brake, but still need to have 8mm of threading exposed to engage the hub (stock w124 lugs appear to engage 7-8 threads, @ 1mm threading pitch = 7-8mm of threading needed).

For this reason, I've yet to actually find the right lugs :P

So, w124 lug from back face of stock rim = 1.3mm with over 8mm of threading exposed at the end
w124 lug or w210 lug from back face of replica rim = 2.1mm with over 8mm threading exposed at the end.

Same reason why I cut my original rear lug bolt to accommodate Carlsson 1/6 without hitting the e-brake mechanism.
