Change the fluid, filter and gasket, use 1 qt of Lucas Transmission oil, it works wonders, I swear by it!

Can my regular mechanic do the work or should I go to a transmission only place for the fluid and gasket service?

Thanks in advance

Any competent mechanic should be able to change the filter, gasket and fluid on the transmission.

Didnīt you replace the filter as well..? -Check for correct fluid level. Measure when cold, in park with engine running. Oil should be at the lower dash on the dipstick.
