E RAM SUPERCHARGER
Was thinking of putting an ERAM supercharger on my 2003 E500. Mainly because coming upto summer car seems to be more sluggish compared to night time and during the cooler months. I realise air temp / denisty will play a role also. What do people know about this system and if it is effective for increase power / reduce fuel use?

Thanks
........ you made my day with your post. Warmer temps = less o2 in air = less power. so according to this amazing device..... it will increase the amount of air it flows into your intake tract, even if that were true, the amount of metered air would increase, which would lead to the ecu increasing the amount of fuel injected. how does increasing air (which also increases fuel consumption) reduce fuel use? just some food for thought

Anyone had experience with these devices?
Also why are you so concerned about gas mileage? trade for an E with a smaller engine, or just dont floor it as much and use less AC
