Will the 300+HP 3.5L V6 w/ Direct Injection make it to W212 in US for 2012?

Will the 300+HP 3.5L V6 w/ Direct Injection make it to W212 in US for 2012?
Just saw online a report saying that the 2012 C-Class will have the direct injection 3.5L V6 making around 300HP with fuel economy in the mid-20's to low 30's. Will this engine make it to the E-class in the 'States for 2012?

I understand the current 90 degree V 6 also is a direct injection engine.

The E350 isn't, E350 CGI is. The CGI isn't sold in the US.
