Dont quote me but 245/35 may be to big.
I have 245/30 with offset 35 and it isnt much rom to the plate for the shock absorber. As said I may be wrong but have read many places that this size will rub.
The back tires are good. Im on 295/25 with no rub or anything and cant se why they wouldnt fit. Maby a spacer to get the rim out abit for flush fitment.
You could also take a quick search. There are many threads with this topic.
Good luck.

I don't understand how you guys run anything less than a 35 profile tire... Potholes will be sure to wreck your wheels without the extra sidewall!

Its actually simple. Just dont hit them.
Drive abit more careful and sometimes watch the deck for about 1 sec to see the condition of the road. And if I do hit one I just get a new rim and tire.
Sorry for the OT.

Here is a cool site to compare what a new wheel will fit compared to your current setup:

http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

It will give you measurements you can use to see if they will fit or not.

Front wheel is perfect if you run a 235/35.. 245/40 will rub on spring plate.

Rear wheel offset is to low, I'd recommend nothing lower than a 40et for a 10" wide wheel.
But, if you don't plan on lowering the car you will be fine.. Its harder to tell the wheel sticks out passed fender when the fender edge is 3" higher than the tire. In the end its your call, me personally I like flush fitment. good luck

If the OP would allow, I have a similar question that came up as I read this post. I have a 2012 E350 4Matic with 20x9 38 offset wheels on order and can't figure out if I should go 225/35/20 or 235/35/30. The car will be lowered on Vogtlands shortly. Thanks in advance.

I am not an expert, but I have 245/35/19 and I think a 225 width on a 20" will look real Skinny. The factory width is 245 so The true match is a 245/30/20 but that leaves minimal rim protection from the tire, here is a pic of a 245/35/19....

Vogtland Springs. Very good ride quality. I always used H & R and it rides nice as well. IMO, Vogtland's ride quality is not to far off from stock set up.

That's perfect. I wanted to make sure I had at least a 35 sidewall but didn't want to go skinny on the width.

Car looks great BTW.

You're right, rim protection would be a problem with a 30 sidewall and a 225 stretch would give me a more "stanced" look than I want.

Funny thing about rim protection, today I hit a small pothole with my 19"s and got a slight bend. Now I'll be even more paranoid about the 20"s.

Work Gnosis CV201. The black wheels in the signature are 19" Volk TE37s (for reference).

I think they are the Vossen VVS CVT....I have seen a similar wheel on eBay (cheap knockoff) for like 680 for the set but nowhere near the quality perhaps of Vossen i.e. Due to the structural differences in casting/manufacturing they might be more prone to dings/dents
