Can 350 Bluetech be "Awakened"
I've had my 13 Bluetech for over a year. Love the looks but it's a bit uneventful to drive. Particularly the sluggish trans seems uncharacteristically slow - drives me nuts. Is this to handle torque or what?
I end up driving my Huracan more because the E is so ho-hum. Been shopping new M3, CLS63, 750i or anything more fun to drive. But before I switch just yet - is there a re-flash or update that will wake the car up?

Out Of Control!!
You bought the wrong car---the transmission adapts to your driving style. Regarding a so called reflash, there are all sorts of witch doctors out there that sell all sorts of love potions for the ECU and TCU----give em a call!!

I didnt buy wrong car. It was my first diesel in 120 cars. And it's been great. Long trips and looks fabulous. Love the character. When I bought it I had 997TT and it complimented nicely. My needs have changed a bit in that I want my sedan to be more exciting because I want to drive the Lambo less than I drove the 997TT.

Not trying to sound like a Bell end, but if you thought a diesel family sedan was gonna be as fun to drive as a super car, I think you might have bought the wrong car. Step up to a E63 and I think you might be satisfied.

When I bought it I wanted a luxury departure from the 997TT and have enjoyed the diesel for this use. Mind you I have owned 7 series, XJR, M3 sedan and host of other sporty sedans. So I knew full well what the Bluetech was and was not. Are we clear Mr. Bell ;-)

MBWorld Fanatic!
From what I can Google, the Brabus tune only adds 50HP, Torque goes from high to higher, but 0-60 is still a somewhat uneventful 6.5 seconds. I think you're better off buying an AMG version or other fast sedan, seems the cost is not an issue.
