I'm no expert, but this sounds like speaker "clipping" to me.

Hmm was thinking about that but when motor it’s off it’s no sound at all. Its there even a speaker there in the front? Door speaker are fine.

I was thinking the upper tweeter in the forward wing of the door, not the big speaker down below. You might open the door (to separate door from dash) and listen closely over the dash, and then at the speaker.

I think it's speaker related, because your video shows the ticking only starts once the Comand system powers up. You can test this by turning the car off, then back on, watching the Comand screen as it powers up. If the ticking begins after Comand completes booting, then you can suspect it's the Comand system and related speakers. With it ticking, then power off Comand entirely (center knob in dash). If the ticking stops, then you have the culprit...

Yess agree with you its sound like some kind of speaker problem! Try this now.

- Command and music with car not running = No buzzing
- Command off and car running = buzzing
- Command on and car running = buzzing

Its like as soon the car starts running buzzing sound coming not all the time sometimes it take a few seconds before it starts. Try multiple different things on/off command.. hmm

Tweeter in door no buzzing sound. Pretty sure it comes from where I put the red arrow and there in should not be any speaker don't even here music from there!
It may be a speaker in the center white arrow but not sure if this care have speaker there can not here any music.

One thing I noticed when I start car with command off it does 3 fast almost silent dunks, same if I only start command with no key in the car.

Was reading these people having problem with melted speakers but here we have like max 70F at summer most of the time 60F..

Can say its like 90% change buzz coming from where the red arrow are.

Thanks for your help mate!

Maybe far fetched by today's standards but I do remember some time ago that some AT&T blackberry devices caused radio interference that sounded like a rhythmic buzzing. Could it be a phone or other electronic that causes this as radio interference?

look for Flexx garage. This problem is related to cabin temperature sensor fan unit.
