Sounds like you have an emissions issue---get the car scanned

If i understand you correctly...:
your idle rpm is a little too high when warmed for no apparent reason, right ?

You've changed many parts with no improvement.
I don't know your mileage or service history... have you considered the engine air breather system (PCV)? It can introduce a fair amount of unmetered air and cause all oil seals to leak blowby pressure.

As far as voltage swings, 12.5v to 14.9 is totally normal knowing the alternator regulation is controlled by the ECU. An output of 12.5V correspond to the alternator supplying all the consumers once it has recognized the battery as fully charged.
Turning the Headlights ON, defaults the alternator output to 13.5V or above.
✌️

thank you . I will check the pcv valve and air breath system . The car has 240 k kilometers i have bought 2 mounth ago , i have make all service oil filters ect and that come the problem . This problem is at some time when i set on the a/c and make e full throttle it stays and 800rpm and when i stop a/c and full throttle stays at 600 rpm. Thank you very much i will chekc the air breath system .

How about the crank shaft position sensor? It tells the ECU the engine speed and if it gives wrong signal the engine speed is controlled wrong. Often this sensor fails first when hot but works correctly when cool. This would fit the morning start with correct idle speed but then not correct when hot.

I'd suspect difficulty restarting a warm engine with a faulty CPS.

ML350 2010 bluetec
Hello there,

I had same problem with the idle RPMs stucking at 800, that was on and off very offten, some were saying that is because the bluetech cycle, bla bla. The issue was coming from the Intake Port Shutoff Actuator, looks like this part doesn't actuate on the closing side after some time, it stuck at the possition where the engine RPM output is 800 RPM.

Everyone who has this issue should change that Intake Port Shutoff Actuator and clean the lever and all moving parts that this has to do with. No one who fixed this issue hasn't come back to tell us from where was coming. I guess I am the first one haha

Thank you,
