I cleaned the front sunroof drains a while back. I'm certain they are clear.
So we got some rain here. I must have been parked pointing slightly uphill. Initially when driving it sounded like a bunch of water is sloshing around above my head.
I stopped for a bit facing downwards on a slope and the water got out.
Is there a rear set of sunroof drains? If so, how can I get to them?

every sunroof car I've ever had has had rear drains, they usually run down the C pillars and the drain hoses can be seen in the trunk if you remove the carpeting from the sides/front corners... they run down to under the car.

This is from a random 212 sedan, 212.059 which I think is a e350, not sure if its early or late as I've never seen a complete list of all the 212 submodels...
anyways, hose 700 is the rear drain.
I have always cleared these from underneath, by running a bicycle brake cable or similar wire up them. The only way to access this from the top is to remove the headliner, not something you probably want to do.

the rear hose seems to exit in the wheel housing per the callout on that right angle fitting at the bottom on my parts drawing. I've never actually poked around and looked. on my older Mercedes, the drains all existed the bottom along about where you'd expect frame rails to be.
if you remove the carpet from the front and sides of the trunk, you can probably see the hoses coming down the C pillars...
I have only had pano roof cars and the drain is located behind the drivers side rear wheel opening. It will have a pinched nipple on the end that you will need to open up to insert the nylon weed trimmer string.
