Active Blind Spot Assist

Hi All !
I have replaced both rear radar sensors for Active Blind Sopt Assist, also replaced wiring loom as the connectors where corroded, in Xentry i am not able to get it initialized, Xentry states "Outside Permissible Range" any advise of how to proceed ?
Does it need programming, SW upload ?
Regards:
Jobba

These numbers are way out there...
At least the harness and bumper modules are now working.

People have reported replacements with used modules being easy "plug-n-play".... yours are not.

You may not have direct matching unit that need to be SCN coded. A normal process for any new modules.

Does that mean that i need to have it done at an official MB service point or could it be done with Vediamo or DTS ?

New to this....

Coding SCN module configuration is done with Xentry.
Forum sponsor & MB expert @BenzNinja
can easily do this remotely at a fraction of normal cost.

From what i see, i will then need to order HW and get shipped to me, not just for him to log in and program...?

Programming involves using a reliable PC setup to code the car without glitches.

I believe there's a "rental program" where the computer is on loan without a need to buy your own.

where did you get the blind spot sensors from? You cannot just buy from eBay or something. The sensor needs to be the correct one for your car. I went thru this and got mine working after getting the sensor from the dealer ($$$).

There is no coding for this by BenzNinja. It is plug-and-play when the sensors are correct. Xentry (DAS) has nothing to do with these.

Used sensors with matching HW & SW numbers, how did you determin what was correct sensors for your car ?

If you bought a sensor with matching numbers it should work. Perhaps the used sensor is bad?

I got the working sensor from the MB dealer based on the car's VIN.
