The center console remains a mystery to me as well....all other pieces, door panel, grab bar, a/c vent pieces are easily removed with proper plastic trim removal tool. The other piece which I have yet to tackle is the large piece which is below the screen. Apparently not something many have done on W464 series as of yet.

There are many pieces to this. I recently did the whole thing myself. The trim piece around the screens needs to be removed after you remove the whole cluster assembly. I watched a youtube clip on that one. The Door Trim pops out very easily from the outside, you do not have to take off the door panels like the previous model. The grab bar on the passenger side also pops out from the outside. The hardest pieces are the center console. The whole thing needs to be disassembled, there are 4 screws holding the AC controls and buttons, but the center console has to come out first.

Would you be able to provide the youtube for this..(cluster assembly)? I have not been able to find anything. Appreciate it in advance!

The second video was very helpful. I assume that once the screen has been removed, the piece directly under the screen is accessible? Is this also how you get access to removing the center console?
