When you drive it to a Dealer(s) - suggest 2 or 3 - they will tell you what they will pay.
Best to get that done now - in another 3-4 months when 2023 Specs/Pricing will be announced - it will be Less.

I’ve been monitoring CnB. A couple of 2021s failed to meet the reserve and ended up in failed auctions at the 220k mark. It would suggest the market is softening.

Sold mine with 200 miles on it about 2 months ago. 2021 G63 and got a great price for it not bragging. Guy that bought it marked it up like 25K and tried to flip it, then a month later it was marked down 25K. Now it is down another 10K and still sitting. I have a feeling the market is coming down and when the new units come out it will some more. Not trying to be doom and gloom. Just saying!

Great news. Tired of car flippers across all marques atm.
Anyone who buys a car purely for profit deserves to lose money, especially if it means a real enthusiast can't buy them because of artificial scarcity/prices

There does seem to be some softening on pricing but I see terms like "crashing" being used and had to weigh in with some facts because I'm just not seeing that. The last two 2021 G63's (with approx 1k miles) that sold at Mannheim auction went for $250k and $243k. For cars sold in the last approx week with about 10k miles on them, they seem to be selling through auction for a low of $210k - to more like $230k depending on condition, color etc. Again these are auction prices so retail would be higher by some margin. As the remaining dealer new 2021's are sold and no new 2022's arrive (for which there were few) until late summer, it's reasonable to assume that pricing will again firm up here shortly. Then it will also be interesting to see if MB launches their light hybrid powertrain for 2023's. Still bizarre to me is why 2022 MSRP has not been announced yet in the USA. Based on Canada pricing, it's reasonable to assume an approx $15k USD MSRP increase for 2022's.

'19 G63 Ed 1,'18 M5, '16 G63,'12 458 , '11 E63, Brabus SL55-K8, '10 S63, '94 E500 "Wolf", '91 560SEC
Next month's rate hike and release of info for '23 MY will get prices back to normal, far from a crash. MB has played it smart raising the MSRP every year, will be interesting to see justifying it for the few unchanged '22's. Then again those are all certainly presold.

My dealer (suburban Denver) has a '21 G63 and is asking $328K (guessing this is $140K over MSRP). I had a recall done last week at a Phoenix area dealer who had a "just sold" G63 in the showroom that went for MSRP + $100K. Meanwhile, Isringhausen hasn't moved the '19 G550 (23K miles) it's had listed for 3 months at $170K.

Just like Urus, everyone who would spend any amount of markup to get one has gotten one. There’s a ton of stale inventory now with a ton of very “proud” prices ….. but if you ask any dealer, everything is “selling like crazy” except for all the cars that aren’t selling.

I ended up trading in my 2021. Small (non-MB) dealer gave me $250,000. Strong offer, they may have even overpaid but I’m certainly not complaining.

Recent sold auction prices
Here’s some recent sold auction prices(retail is around 10-20k higher). 235-250k seems to still be the average it seems, with desirable colors still holding above 250k. G wagon pricing seems to be dictated more around colors vs just year and mileage as well.
