Do you look down on other benz owners with lower class?
Or do you honestly respect anyone and their benz and happy that they are driving a benz instead of another model?
I wonder, do you guys look down on others with a benz of lower class?
but I would stand behind it if I were rollin an SL.

People find the satisfaction in the cars they purchase and they are thankful to even have some type of transportation.
For those who are single and have no children, it must be very rewarding to put their monies into their prized vehicle...there's nothing wrong with that. It's their trophy! Those who drive top of the line models, I admire for their potential to set goals and accomplish them.
But many people are different, there are others out there who make so much money and choose to save for other things or would rather spend it on other things. Everyone is different and what they choose doesn't make them a bad person.
Criticism creates drama...drama creates problems...problems don't get anyone too far in life. Learn to appreciate, not only yourself, but others too.
FWIW, I prefer driving my Ford Explorer over the Mercedes...only because I could see further in traffic and I am more comfortable. I could load up the Explorer when I shop and not wonder how the heck I'm going to bring stuff home!

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Think you need to work more on your personal insecurity issues before caring about what others think about the model Benz you drive...

Or the lower class MB has the body style they're looking for and they don't care much about the extra options.
Or the lower class MB is just another MB to add to their collection.
Or do you honestly respect anyone and their benz and happy that they are driving a benz instead of another model?

Actually I have sat in an Acura and Infiniti. My previous car was a 03' G35 Coupe and a 99' G20. I don't completely agree with you that the interior is crap, but I have sat in a C230 and was not thoroughly impressed either. You just sat in those cars for a quick minute at the Auto Show, you may have a different opinion after owning one for a few years. You say to not let the names fool you, but Nissan and Honda are well respected automobiles with high standards as well. While living in Japan, I had the chance to sit in such cars as the Toyota Crown, Celsior and the Mark II. Those cars have interiors that would put some MB's and BMW's to shame. MB does have very high standards when it comes to quality, but since I have only owned my SLK 350 for 2 months I have yet to find out how it handles the wear and tear.

sure nissan and honda are respected but for reliablity and value not performance and high quality. i won't even mention how horrible i thought the 350z's interior was, that was just the worst. but for the price you pay for the new g35's i would expect a much nicer interior. i really do like the g35 exterior, it flows very nicely, much nicer than the new bmw 3 series.
I'd rather drive a fully loaded C Class (not necessarily a C55) than a skinny E Class.
You are not better because you drive an S Class...you must remember, you could end up feeling stupid if a Maybach parks next to you.

Here in the D.C. area, no one will ever look you in the eye, so you can't give a nod or a thumbs-up to fellow MB drivers. When I'm in my Vanagon, it's even hard to catch the eye of a VW driver for a wave. It's a VW thing, you wouldn't understand.
I do look down somewhat on people driving around with bad rings. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it's too expensive for them to fix, but it seems as though there are an awful lot of people spewing clouds of oil out of the tailpipe on the Washington Beltway.
A bone stock C230 feels a hell of a lot better than any Acura or Infinity for the same price.
It's not the name, it's the way it makes me feel when I slam on the gas and I hear that Supercharger kick in, and how if I want to my tail-end breakes loose on corners and I have a hell of a good time counter-stearing and spining the rears. No Acura or Infinity can match that for the same price I got my coupe.
For some Auto enthusiasts options are of very little importance.
""and ctC230K is right Acura and Infinity interiors are crap""

I do look down, however, at the way a car is modded. If they have modded it distastefully, then I will go out of my way to shake my head and or snicker at their cars. I think I am doing those misguided youths a favor by disaproving and looking down. If I don't, who is going to??
But it has to be really distastefull.
