for the GPS Antenna ,, what type of connector/ splitter is needed to connect the OME antenna
Do I need any additional cables to mirror the phone screen ?

I too have installed this N600 screen and the lack of instructions was utterly infuriating, made worse as the seller neglected to include one of the cables (LVDS) which I then had to pay more to get them to post... Only then did they link me to details on issues and partial instructions!
I’ll post up some videos and instructions that helped me on top of what is in this thread for others benefit.
One question - does anyone have their screen configured to switch to the OEM reversing camera automatically when reverse engaged, even if not in OEM screen and in CarPlay, for example?

On the main screen, go into settings, then system, camera selection, select oem camera. After that, camera will work as normal in oem and CarPlay screen.
Also, you can file a claim with aliexpress to get some money back for the missing cable you had to get.

Selecting OEM camera worked for me, so thank you @htce38
Enjoying the unit on a weekend away for the first time, is good to have CarPlay back - is all the GL63 was lacking!
edit: also for any UK viewers it works fine with DAB and CarPlay in RHD mode...

I did factory rest hoping to fix the problem but now I lost some functions ! , I can not control the unit with the fob

Yes you’d need a Bluetooth to AMI/AUX interface to connect it that way. I tried one but the connector I bought didn’t work in the X166. So I have the aux cable routed out the bottom of the centre console on the passenger side then tuned under the trim up to the AUX in the arm rest. My only issue left is that audio on incoming calls over CarPlay doesn’t work. Dialling out works fine though thankfully. If I could solve this last issue it’d be working perfectly for me.
edit: thinking about it am still connected to MB Bluetooth, which might be causing that - will drop that connection off and try it out...
edit2: yes all works fine now after disconnecting from MB Bluetooth.... 🤦♂️
re: comments about the reversing camera, I have the 360 OEM camera and the quality is fine - same as OEM screen but no where near what the screen is capable of. Will grab a couple of stills if it’ll help? (my unit is N600 off AliExpress)

Yes I have this setup in place already and working ,, but I want to connect the audio through the Bluetooth , better quality and better to use the car system for calls
