GLC300 Spare Tire Options

You could contact a dealer there and see if they can sell you a kit for a 19" replacement.

It allows you to go the extra step and measure clearances between fenders and suspension parts.

Clearances will be more important with big oversized tires.
After using run flat for all season and winter, I am getting ready to move away from those expensive tires. Read all these posts here and watched a video as well, link below. Then went on to buy the below and put it in my trunk. Fits fine with a very little push. Had to bend some floor pockets, including the fuse box corner. See the pictures for reference.
Model: 2018 GLC 300 4MATIC
Original tire/rim: 235/55/19
OEM spare tire: A1674000300, 155/80/19 ==> I haven't installed to test it, but based on the readings, it should be fine. I will take to my mechanic when I go there to switch to winter tires and ask him to test it on front and rear.
Still to buy:
Short lug nut: A0019901607 or B66470155 ==> can someone confirm it will be the right size? It is 27mm thread.
Jack: A1645840713

Where are you guys storing the jack? It looks like on the left of the trunk area on my 2019 GLC300 that there's a spot for the jack but mine doesn't fit there. Are you just storing the jack down by the left side of the tire?
Anyhow, it doesn't really matter as long as you can fit somewhere there.
What is the part number of the short lug nut you bought?
Also, I am not sure if we really have to buy the MB jack. As long as the weight is considered, can we use a generic scissor jack?

I got the jack and all the tools to fit in that spot on the left side. Everything has a spot in that area. There was a panel that popped out in front of the jack that allowed it to fit in there. There's a piece of Velcro that holds the jack down in that spot that I need to find. If you watch this video you can see where all the tools and Jack are supposed to be.

I have 2018 4matic
Try any store, worst case just return them.

I ordered the same and received the delivery. But the orange caps on the nuts are missing. How important is to have those caps/sleeves? I think they do protect the thread. How did you receive yours, with or without the caps?
