2020 V167 GLE

I think an overwhelming majority is “fairly” civil, but a limited few, especially in the AMG threads, have different mindset to their precious cars.
No back to your regular scheduled programming..................
Just looking for any feedback whether anyone has experienced this with the GLE or is it just a GLC problem.
Thanks guys.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

The 450 is capable of getting great economy if needed but it’s A lot more fun to drive in Sport mode.

The factory Nav will continue to get better over time and has great graphics. It can be useful at times with simple point to point destinations. The Live Traffic feature seems to be fairly accurate in helping avoid construction or wrecks as I keep finding out after ignoring it. Around town it automatically plots the best return route to home automatically.
Mercedes should intro full screen mode for CP & AA that will make those Apps look better. They continue to evolve also.
It’s fairly easy to switch back and forth between Native Nav & phone Nav. On a trip I may use Mercedes Nav and when needed use the voice command to switch to AA. AA has Waze and is more accurate in many ways but requires a direct connection so I may not plug in on a short trip.
It’s a personal decision but after over a year now I like Mercedes Nav more and more. It has a long way to go and will probably never be as good as the phone options....but it’s better than most others except Tesla, IMO.

There was also one trip where I had both navs running, and Google Maps took me to a restricted road that I couldn't enter, whereas the built-in Nav was fine.
On a separate note, check engine light came on yesterday (only ~400 miles on the car since I got it in October). First issue so far. Cheap bluetooth OBD-2 scanner reports code P1463 but don't know if the scanner is reliable. Also my AC vents don't seem to be working well, not sure if related to the code or not. Dropping it off at service department today.
They said that if I provide them with a GLE53 VIN and my VIN they can tell me if it will fit. Found only one coupe VIN online, gonna try that one out.

Perhaps I will wait a bit and have a look in a few months. Right now probably it won't even get delivered for a long time.
