Circuit 30 is the always connected positive terminal, in your case could be the big, fat red wire from Alternator to battery but fuse, connectors need to be checked if the Alternator is OK.
Circuit 31 is the Ground terminal

If you press 'Tests" at right lower corner, after one click on the Fault Code the Xentry will show you not only the logical steps for a correct diag but even pictures and location of the components.

I used offline xentry, let me check if it has test button. Normally it grey out

When I had similar issues with my GLE 350 a year back, it frustrated me and eventually I got to spot out the issue but u already had it sold ..I guess I was to impatient..

I start become impatient now. Too many electrical issue with me. Anyways I will bring back to dealer next week. They just changed battery last 4 weeks. Hopefully the alternator is fine. They quote me $2000 for alternator only if need to replace + extra 2.5 hours working.

More likely the screw from battery terminal remained loose.
