I’m concerned that the 10” wide 21” wheels may stick outside the GLS 450 fenders. It looks like the GLS 550 fenders are flared to accomodate the wider wheels?
I also have a question on what tire size to use on the 21” wheels. Tire Rack says my 2017 GLS 450 has an alternative 21” wheel size that takes a 275/40-21 tire, which is the same width as the stock 20” tire. They list the GLS 550 tire as 295/40-21. Which 21” tire size should I use in my GLS 450?

Sometimes even Tire Rack lists sizes which are incorrect and make no sense. The correct "alternative" (to 295/40-21) for GL/GLS 21" wheels is 275/45-21.
Love my GLS with 5 star. Interesting how similar your 350 looks to my 550 (mine's a 17 without the blackout package it would appear you have). Couple additional as love that the 4C is such a contra to the 550 as I loaded all but the bang olufson stereo (wanted spare tire). Then the obligatory proof that you can fit 4 cars in a 2 car garage, one being the big ol GLS.
Update. I asked two local Mercedes dealers what wheel and tire sizes are approved for my 2017 GLS 450. I was told by one dealer that the five star 21” wheels are a listed option. The other dealer said only the stock 19” and 20” wheels are approved.

On the 21’ AMG wheel what tire size did you end up going with? Also can you post a picture of it please?
