So I was at a stoplight downtown portland right before the onramp to get on the freeway. I was sitting there and this sick black mercedes pulls up right next to me. It had gunmetal amg wheels it was dark so i couldnt tell if it was a cl55 or cl65 but anyways when it turned green we went and we both had cars in front of us and he was a car length ahead of me in the lane to the left of me. So i decided to punch it and try to look like i was going fast past himand then i switched lanes and passed the car in front of me. So i look in my rearview mirror and all the sudden i see the bi xenon headlights swerve out from the car in front of him and he punches it and it picks up and takes off down the freeway soo fast i could hardly believe it. He made it way down the freeway in so little time I have to believe it could of been a cl65. Anyways, i stepped on it and being a c320 it took me awhile to catch up and we were having a little fun doing some freeway cruising at about 100 or so and then he finally back off. But damn!! That was the sexiest mercedes and it was actually being used as it should instead of some old man or lady cruising at 55. needless to say, I was VERY impressed. If the guy who was driving sees this, hit me up man!!

doesnt mean i would want to race it, but most likely the driver in the cl55 thinks ur trying to race them..

I encounter thoese situation alot, where i see i nice car and i follow it for a bit, then they gun off thinking im tryin to race them lol

That is one view. The other view is when I see a car that is beautiful and fast (RS6,M5,E55/63,etc.), I do want to see the acceleration of the vehicle. Some drivers realise that you are not trying to race them but simply admiring their vehicle. One sexxy aspect of any car over 400hp is the power. I respect when a car "leaves me in the dust".

I do that a lot with my car now. Whenever I see a nice car I catch up. My car isn't much to look at, but it's pretty fast....

When I had my E55, back in the day, people would do that to me. I'd be on a long trip and I'd get two or three other cars following me down the interstate. I loved it? But I know what you are saying

When you hae a fast *** car everyone wants a piece of you. My friend has a 03 Cl600. Once a Stupid BMW 550 tried to race him. Once my friend smoked him. He wanted more. Then when my friend didnt respond to his stupid fly bys the guy came in front of us and put his hazards on. Then he got a highbeam for a min and left with his tail between his legs.
