I would never use generic parts for anything on my MB like oil filter or anything else under the hood or interior for that matter but when it comes to wiper blades I don't see a problem with these, look and feel as good as the OEM and at these prices... why not.
I don't mind paying for something but I don't like getting ripped off.

well, you get the point. Still love mine though.
I changed my front wiper blades at the dealer due to the noise it makes after running for about 30 minutes in the rain. They refused to warranty, and charged 24.50 each. Part number 251-820-05-45

Too bad they didn't test the transmission...Or the Front suspension...Or the Airmatic...Or the Command joystick...Or the well, you get the point.
Still love mine though.

Mine had the same squicking noise as from new on the left one only,and like you said they refused to change under warranty
