Ansel BZ700 Scanner

Got this scanner on a “Black Friday” special (that you can still magically get for the same price lol) for just over a hundred bucks. It has “Mercedes-specific” scanning functions for resetting replacement batteries, resetting brake pad sensors, etc. For such short dough it seemed pretty cool. I can scan and find faults in body modules, HVAC modules, etc too. And of course it’s an OBD-II scanner as well. My one beef is it will tell you there are faults in some of these modules (and let you clear them) but doesn’t know the names of all of the faults which is a little aggravating. But for the money it seems decent. Anyone else use it?

Hmmm, never heard of it (this specific model mentioned on the forums, or I missed it) what are your impressions so far with it, OP?

So far it seems like pretty good bang-for-the-buck but very limited use (mostly just what was in my original post). For $100, to get something with several MB-specific functions seems like a deal. Be handy for flushing brake system or changing brake pads, recognizing new batteries, etc. Probably not curing cancer with it. 😂

If there is a particular function you want to know about, just post it up and I’ll see if it has it. .

Sounds good, forum members often ask about scanners that can perform the rodeo, is this one capable (not like I have a car with ABC but I am curious)
