Recently, I've had an issue with the level control. It would drop while parked, but would raise when the car was running. Now it doesn't raise at all. Help!!

Hi everybody, I'm Chris, live in West Wales, UK and have just bought a 2011 E350 that needs to last me the five years before the wife retires. My background is in mechanics, electronics and programming and I'm just returning to health after a bi-lateral lung transplant. So I'm looking forward to doing the maintenance and tweaking as the strength returns. Early projects are retro fitting of a rear camera and delving into the CAN system - the wealth of knowledge which I have already peeked at has prompted me to join the club.

I’m only a year or two away from retirement, which probably puts me a fair bit older than some, maybe most here...
Been working on heavy equipment since the late 70’s with two jobs since 1984. Specializing in cranes since ‘98.
Got my NCCCO and Wa State crane certifier licenses six years ago to make work a little less physical.
Been a car guy since about 1970. Yup, I’m old...
First euro car was a BMW, eventually followed by five more. Last one was ‘99 Z3M AC Schnitzer roadster. Seems they’ve lost their way since.
Porsche next, have had three 911’s over the years and a 944.
Got a nice ‘14 A4 Quattro last year but it just wasn’t me...
So here we are with a fairly rare Tectite Gray (747u) color 2005 E55 last Friday.
And promptly got sick Saturday, so next to no miles put on it.
Current garage, old to new: 1985.5 944, 1994 SC400, 1997 C4S 993, 2000 B4000 Troy Lee edition, 2005 E55 and 2009 Highlander Hybrid.

Just bought a 2009 E350 4Matic (114k) from eBay (probably my 6th car/RV purchase online). This is my 2nd used Benz (the first was a used E400 that was amazing and I still miss).
It's shipping tomorrow from Texas and should arrive to my home in Michigan by Wednesday.
I'm sure I'll have lots and lots of questions and hope to be able to offer an answer or 2 as time goes by.
Signing in for the first time. I currently have an E500 Coupe 4.7 Twin-turbo V8 from 2012 (402hp / 600 Nm). Palladium, Panoramic roof, Command etc. It is a stonking motor car. I have had it for just over 3 years here in the South West of the UK. By far it is one of the most understated - and probably under appreciated - motors out there. What a monster. I never really loved Mercedes as much as I do now, and it is because of this wonderful coupe. You can even get adults into the back and two large suitcases into the boot!
However... I'm currently considering a change... into a C63 S Coupe... or... (oh oh) a 911?
Any advice from members who may have considered the same kind of a change?

A quick hello from Florida, I've been a long time lurker here and after putting 78,000 miles on a 2011 C300 I realized I need to join the forum I've pulled so much information from. Soon I'll be handing over our C300 to our daughter and adding an E class for my wife. I love the w204's, w211's and a huge e55 AMG fan.

Hello guys!
I joined this forum to get answers to some of the problems I'm getting from my GLA 250 (base 2015).
MB advisors are not very helpful.
Some of the problems are:
car jerking when accellarating.(after 5 trips to service dept. they finally do some fix...but not now it jerks from time to time)
park brake automatically engaged and can't be disengaged - cant't drive the car rightnow cause the park brake is engaged...before it disengaged after 10 minutes of turning the ignition on and off.
So hopefully you guys can give me some advice on how to solve this problems.
