OEM Spark Plugs
I did the search and there was no definite answer on the OEM Plugs other than Bosch Platinum. What's the exact part number? I did a search on AutohausAZ and found these:

Is it 7422?

The plugs
are plated with trivalent metal so no longer need anti seize like the old days.
Use of anti seize affects torque settings and also can lead to plugs shorting if used incorrectly.
M112 and M113 engines are known to experience misfire issues related to multi tip plugs. They offer no increase in performance too boot.

Plug oem standards are still one of the things that Mercedes lists in the tech section of owners manuals
They are getting stingy with tech info in the hopes that if they make part choices or fluid types tough to find info the average owner will just go to the dealer and pay for a thousand dollar spark plug change that they could have done in a few hours for 100-200 bucks and a few beers
